That is why over the years, we have evolved from a simple sawmill to our current stage as expert builders of wooden structures. But how did this evolution come about?
From on-site cutting to pre-assembly in the factory
We initially introduced the concept of pre-cutting in the factory, thanks to which, together with the assembly drawing of our technical department, we have significantly reduced installation time and waste, increasing precision and site cleanliness compared to the previous technique of cutting and assembling directly on site. A technique first implemented through the use of power tools, later evolving to pre-cutting with a numerically controlled machine. In recent years, however, thanks to our evolving know-how, we have been able to detect how this technique could be further developed. For more than 20 years the company has been a manufacturer of wooden buildings (in x-lam and frame), where the key word, besides sustainability, is prefabrication. And why not transfer this know-how to the construction of other wooden structures as well? And this is how we came up with the idea and realization of the prefabrication system of wooden roofs and floors. How do we realize it?
The system
All elements of the structure are expertly pre-cut in-house and then pre-assembled into several modules that are then transported to the construction site and Lying directly on the cozy structure.
The pre-assembled module consists of the union of main and secondary warping, with the roofing matchboard above it. But that’s not all, the roofing package (whether hot or cold) including insulation and membrane is also assembled together.
